1. We offer easy exchanges on all orders. To exchange an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us with your order id and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.
2. For clothing orders, only size can be changed, colours cannot be changed,

4. In case of any damage or missing item, you will need to contact us within 48 hrs of delivery or no support will be provided from the support team after that.

6. For damage products, the customer will have to ship the parcel to us via Indiapost. Once we receive it, we will ship the new parcel to you. We will cover the shipping expenses of India post for damaged products.
